Lab-tested UN/ECE-R100
- Vibration Test (9A) – Sinusoidal wave vibration test between 7 Hz and 50 Hz, 3 hours vertically at 10 g
- Thermal Shock & Cycling (9B) – Extreme temperature cycles: -40 °C → +60 °C, 6 hours at each temperature for 5 cycles
- Mechanical Shock (9C) – Shocks up to 28 g for 80 ms using dedicated equipment, simulating impacts
- Mechanical Integrity (Crush) (9D) – Crushing test with 100 kN (~10 tons) force on a 75 mm curved plate
- Fire Resistance (9E) – Direct/indirect fire exposure, at least 130 s under open flame and post-exposure monitoring
- External Short Circuit (9F) – External short circuit (< 5 mΩ) for at least 1 hour to assess protection functionality
- Overload Protection (9G) – Overload test verifying the response of the protection circuit
- Over-Discharge Protection (9H) – Discharge at 1/3 C until activation of over-discharge protection
